🇬🇧 Hard skills and soft skills: in the lesson about Freddie Freeloader we analyzed all the solos and extract some ideas to practice as a technique exercise (repetition and accuracy: hard skills), then use that exercise as a creative springboard (soft skill).

I heard this one for Sam Rivers himself but cannot find it again here on youtube and to me it's the best version of all. It avoids this ugly bouncing back and forth (Ebmaj-Dm-Ebmaj) by replacing the Ebmaj on bar 6 with it's relative minor Cm7 and replacing also Dm7 on bar 7 with a beautiful B7#11 and finally adds a sus 4 to the Bbm7 of bar 8 for voicing purposes ( F of B7#11 going to Eb of Bbm7sus4) It sounds great with this beautiful descending movement.

Bonjour ! C'est la première fois que je vois un cours aussi simple et efficace avec autant de clarté sur les différentes harmonisations possible, comme le tritonique, le 2/5/1 ETC... Je visualise beaucoup beaucoup de cours de PIANO depuis plus d'un an et là vous résumé le tout . Mais aussi grâce aux précédentes vidéos que je vois mon propre cheminement ... Merci encore mille fois
